“Gary Ribe has been our realtor since June of last year. He was actually our third realtor because the first two gave up on us. We were not the easiest couple to appease and we did warn Gary of that from day one, and he assured us that it was nothing he couldn’t handle. And he was absolutely right. Gary was available to us 100% of the time, whether it be last minute showings or returning our 11:00pm emails. He was not “pushy” at all, actually he was very patient with us from day one.
